** The barbarism continues. More meetings of corporatocracy leaders won’t fix this unfixable world.
Although I think there’s some reasonableness to this statement:
“If the Commonwealth is serious about holding its members to account, then threatening the lives of millions of people in developing countries should lead to the suspension of Canada’s membership immediately,” said Saleemul Huq, a lead author for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
Is Canada’s corporatocracy government threatening millions of lives, again? Is there danger that throwing a wrench into a piece of complex machinery while it’s operating may have a bad outcome? Imperfect mankind, unleashing it’s imperfect schemes, including capitalism, upon this planet is tantamount to tossing a wrench into complex, running machinery. And no amount of perverse thinking, along the lines of ‘man is God’, will change that wrench into something that will ‘not’ negatively impact the workings of this complex network of natural ecosystems called earth.
It’s designer will have to intervene. But not many are ready for that solution. Too bad. It’s needed and it’s coming. **
