An excerpt from the above linked-to article by Whitney Webb follows:
Not to be outdone by Russia’s decision to act within its own sovereign interests at the petrodollar’s expense, the U.S. “Russiagate” propaganda machine was ready to respond in kind with the latest revival of the Russian hacking/meddling narrative, emerging in the form of a new organization known as the “Committee to Investigate Russia” (CIR).
The group surfaced on Tuesday — the same day as Putin’s announcement — with a widely promoted video in which Oscar-winning actor Morgan Freeman tells the American public that “We have been attacked. We are at war,” and asks Trump to “tell us the truth” about Russian election interference, ignoring that narrative’s reliance on debunked and discredited claims.
The video has all the marking of a psy-op. One of the founders of the CIR, Hollywood director and diehard Clinton supporter Rob Reiner, told the Daily Beast that Freeman was selected as the group’s spokesman for the “weight and gravitas” of his voice as well as the fact that “people always joke that he’s the voice of God,” given Freeman’s past film roles, which also include President of the United States.
“US Driven By Nazi War Machine” by Finian Cunningham
An excerpt from the above linked-to article follows:
One consequence of the US incorporating the Nazi war machine was the deep-chilling effect on Western-Soviet relations. The Soviet Union had borne the brunt of Nazi aggression during the Second World War, with as many as 50 million of its citizens killed. It is not hard to imagine how the redeployment by the US of Nazi spies, intelligence, commandos and Eastern European puppets must have appeared then to Moscow. It was an unspeakable betrayal and de facto declaration of war by its former war-time ally.
This Western betrayal set the scene for the Cold War that would haunt international relations for nearly six decades from the end of the Second World War. [Major General Reinhard] Gehlen would go on to become head of West German intelligence (BND) until his decorated retirement in 1968. He died in 1979 at the age of 77.
The reliance of the CIA, the Pentagon, White House and NATO on the Nazi war machine for its intelligence ensured that a deadly nuclear arms race took hold. The result was the growth of the gargantuan American military-industrial complex, which today not only threatens the rest of the world with hyper destructive power, but also the viability of American society from the exorbitant economic cost for maintaining this voracious complex.
Another result was that the rabid anti-communist ideology and military practices of the Nazi apparatus became embedded in American foreign policy and military doctrine.

Hmm. Does the zombie dragon have Morgan Freeman’s eyes or does Morgan Freeman have the zombie dragon’s eyes? They also have the same mouth. One is wrathful and blasphemous. And the other is anti-life and a tool of evildoers.
“And I saw a wild beast ascending out of the sea, with ten horns and seven heads… I saw that one of its heads seemed to have been fatally wounded, but its mortal wound had been healed, and all the earth followed the wild beast with admiration. And they worshipped the dragon because it gave the authority to the wild beast, and they worshipped the wild beast with the words: “Who is like the wild beast and who can do battle with it?” It was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies…” – (Revelation chapter 13)
Hmm. Let me see; Listen to Morgan Freeman, who listens to neoconservatives like Max Boot and David Frum, or listen to Noam Chomsky, below. (And let me remind you what a neoconservative is. Neoconservatives believe in inequality, deceit and violence. Founders of neoliberalism and neoconservatism, Friedrich August von Hayek and Leo Strauss, respectively, were both inspired by the catastrophe of Hitler’s Nazi Germany. While they both saw disaster in that movement, they didn’t respond to it with good solutions, but only bad solutions.)
What was it that the apostle Paul said to the Romans?
“For God’s wrath is being revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who are suppressing the truth in an unrighteous way… Just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them over to a disapproved mental state… And they were filled with all unrighteousness… without understanding and false to agreements, having no natural affection, and merciless. Although these know full well the righteous decree of God – that those practicing such things are deserving of death – they not only keep on doing them but also approve of those practicing them.” (Romans chapter 1)
Morgan Freeman may play God, when Hollywood/CIA/Pentagon wishes him to, but he does not see fit to acknowledge the actual God (who isn’t humankind collectively). He accomplishes that failure by not upholding God’s standards. If you attack his standards, which include honesty and truth-telling, then you attack him. For example, Morgan Freeman, by lending his popularity and voice to the propaganda campaign of the neoconservative Committee To Investigate Russia, puts himself in the camp of liars, warmongers and decievers, like Jim Baker, who told Edward Shevardnadze that NATO would not move any further east, implying that the West, and the United States in particular, only wanted peace with the Soviet Union. As Noam Chomsky pointed out, the United States taught the Soviets, and those paying attention, that you can’t have a gentleman’s agreement with uncle Sam.
“…Soviet president Mikhail Gorbachev agreed to allow the unification of Germany and its membership in NATO, a hostile military alliance. In the light of recent history, this was a most astonishing concession. There was a quid pro quo. President Bush and Secretary of State James Baker agreed that NATO would not expand “one inch to the East,” meaning into East Germany. Instantly, they expanded NATO to East Germany.
Gorbachev was naturally outraged, but when he complained, he was instructed by Washington that this had only been a verbal promise, a gentleman’s agreement, hence without force. If he was naïve enough to accept the word of American leaders, it was his problem.” – Noam Chomsky
