A Utah man flew a small aircraft into his own house, kamikaze-style, hours after he had been arrested for assaulting his wife during an argument, police say.
Duane Youd, 47, died in the crash, as the light-skinned Cessna disintegrated on impact and burst into flames. Youd’s wife and a child, both inside the house, survived and the house remained intact.
Youd had been arrested by police in Payson, Utah, earlier on Sunday, after witnesses reported seeing him assault his wife. The troubled couple had been drinking and had gone to a scenic local spot to talk their problems through, Sgt. Spencer Cannon of the Utah County Sheriff’s Office said.

Three Pennsylvania men have been arrested and charged with 1,460 counts of “sexual intercourse with animals,” in addition to animal abuse and endangering the welfare of children, according to Clearfield County District Attorney.
In what District Attorney William A. Shaw, Jr described as one of the “most extreme cases of animal abuse,” the three suspects were detained after a search at their makeshift farm last week, authorities announced on Monday. Bail was set at $100,000 each for Terry Wallace, 41, Matthew Brubaker, 32, and Marc Measnikoff, 34.
Authorities conducted the search following a tip-off from a “16-year-old juvenile male” who was reportedly living with the trio, and has since been taken into protective custody. “Right now we don’t believe the juvenile was sexually victimized,” Shaw said, although the suspects were still charged with “endangering the welfare of children.”

Arlington, VA — Daniel McAdams, Executive Director at Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity, was traveling back from the Institute’s recent conference in Washington when he and his family were targeted by Transportation Security Administration officials at a TSA checkpoint and subjected to horrific treatment—up to and including his 13-year-old daughter’s sexual assault.
McAdams noted that he got the entire horrifying scene on video.
The abuse unfolded as McAdams, his wife, and their two daughters, 10 and 13, and their teenage son, arrived at the TSA checkpoint in the airport to fly home, and he detailed the abuse of his family his family in a blog post for LewRockwell.com. As they proceeded through the checkpoint, McAdams explained that up until this point, his wife was able to accompany their daughters through the metal detector. However, that was no longer the case.
“An aggressive TSA officer barked that my 13 year old girl could not accompany her mother and younger sister through the metal detector, but rather would have to submit to a ‘pat-down,’” McAdams said…

In a move that was entirely predictable, the US administration is once again threatening to bomb Syria if there is a “chemical weapons attack”.
This was entirely predictable because that chemical attack script has been read out, with salty crocodile tears, fake concern, and mocked indignation by US talking heads over the years – since 2012, in fact, when former US President Obama himself drew his red line on Syria.
The latest script-reader to toe the chemical hoax line is President Trump’s national security adviser, John Bolton, who on August 22, stated: “…if the Syrian regime uses chemical weapons we will respond very strongly and they really ought to think about this a long time.”
Beyond the tattered veil of moral superiority that is US war propaganda, Bolton’s words were clearly a very public command to Al-Qaeda and co-extremists to stage yet another fake chemical attack.
