Common Dreams wants donations and will sacrifice progressives to get them.

Money may not be the root of ‘all’ evil, but it’s hard to see why it isn’t. Common Dreams has shown (whether others notice it or not) that it will sacrifice progressives for donations. And, for those progressives who consider themselves principled, Take a lesson. If you jettison principles for money, then you’ve also sold your soul for gain. From Rat Gatekeepers To Prime Ministers – Gangster Corporatocracy Snuffing Out The Light

And there’s the Star’s gatekeepers, out of sight, anonymous, working silently behind the scenes disappearing blog posts by no-names like me, even though I can be, and often am, simply conveying ideas that others, like Rick Salutin and Donald Gutstein, convey publicly, without (effective) opposition.
